This is not to say you have to follow these tips to the letter as X49 will still work wonderfully but it will help to maximize the benefits of X49 if you do. Getting started with X49

How long can you wear X49 patch?

You can wear the x49 patch up to 16 hrs per day, every day but try to keep it on for at least 12hrs per day for maximum results. Always remove the patch after use and don’t leave it on for more than the 16hrs. If left on for too long your body can get used to the stimulation of the Lifewave patch and start to ignore it, reducing the results. The body works in cycles, like a sleep cycle for example so for maximum effectiveness you should have at least 8 hr rest period with no patch on at all. A good rule of thumb is 12hrs on and 12hrs off, so wear the patch for 12hrs and remove it, and have 12hrs with no patch on. If you forget and leave the patch on for more than 16hrs, make sure to take at least an 8hr break before applying another patch. If this happens to me, I just skip a whole day. You can also wear the patch, day or night so choose which cycle suits you best & always use a new patch for each cycle as they lose effectiveness after being worn on or near the body for more than 24hrs use.

You can use the X49 patch indefinitely, just follow the advice above on cycles like 12hrs on and 12hrs off.
